Mike Denny, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
After being appointed CEO in 1998, Mike has led Digital Controls in its transformation from a VAR to its current mission of managed technical services, and output management software. In 2005, Mike was named to the additional post of Chairman of the Board. Mike is a 25-yr veteran of NCR. He began his career in retail sales and held various sales and sales management positions until 1988 when he was named National Healthcare Marketing Director. In 1990, he was appointed Assistant Vice President of Major Financial Accounts, United States Group. In 1993, Mike headed the Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Education and Government Sales & Services Division being named an officer of NCR where he held this position until being named Vice President of World Wide Product Marketing in September of 1995. As Vice President of Product Marketing, Mike’s responsibilities included all global marketing activities for NCR’s computer and networking product lines. Additionally, his organization encompassed ISV Marketing and Channel Marketing. Mike holds a B.S. in Business Education/Accounting from Eastern Illinois University.

Chuck Landreville, Senior VP and GM, Technology Services Group
As Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Technology Services Group, Chuck is responsible for the sale, development and delivery of all TSG product and service offerings to all markets in the five key areas of Security, Data Storage Management, Networking, Microsoft Infrastructure and Product Sourcing. Additional responsibilities include those of Corporate Secretary and Director. Chuck began his career in the technology industry as a Customer Support Analyst with NCR in Dayton, Ohio. In 1987, he joined Digital Controls as Manager of Customer Services. His tenure has included multiple roles with expanding responsibilities. Chuck was a quota achieving Regional Account Manager in the Northeast and Midwest from 1990 thru 1994. In October of 1994, Chuck became a Principal with the company assumed the role as Senior VP of Sales & Services. Along with the changes in the industry, Chuck has changed roles to areas he can most highly impact including roles as Senior VP of Business Development and Product Management. Chuck holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Michael J. Visser, Senior VP and GM, Plus Technologies
Mike is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Plus Technologies division. Mike’s been responsible for establishing the Plus Technologies division - growing it to its’ current position as a recognized leader in the enterprise document management, delivery and viewing space. Prior to Digital Controls, Mike was a 19-year veteran with NCR. He began his career in the Payment Systems division of NCR as a Product Manager and subsequently held various product management, marketing, and sales management positions in that division. In 1995, Mike accepted a management position in the Computer Systems Division of NCR and was responsible for Teradata marketing programs and partnerships. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo (Waterloo, Ontario) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurentian University (Sudbury Ontario).
Kent Landry, Senior VP and GM, Managed Print Group
Kent is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Managed Print Group division. Kent's been responsible for establishing the Managed Print Group division - growing it to its’ current position as a leading, vendor-agnostic provider of Managed Print Services solutions. Prior to Digital Controls, Kent was Director, Managed Print Services with Dell Inc. Before taking his 20 years of industry experience to Dell, Kent was a key member of the Lexmark leadership team that established and grew Lexmark’s Managed Print Services business. Kent holds a B.S. Finance/Management Science from Wright State University in Dayton.
Daniel J. Rang, VP Sales
Dan’s responsibilities include the sale of all Digital Controls products & services. Additionally, Dan is responsible for contracts and business relationships with Digital Controls’ major product suppliers. Dan began his career as a sales representative with the NCR in Springfield, Illinois. He assumed progressively responsible roles in NCR’s Medical, Education and Government Group. In 1988, Dan transferred to NCR’s Corporate Headquarters in Dayton as Product Manager for United States UNIX Systems. Dan was promoted to Regional Sales Director in St. Louis in 1992 and then promoted to Assistant VP of Sales for both Transportation Systems and the Teradata Data Warehouse Division in 1994. Dan held this position until assuming his current position with Digital Controls in 1999. Dan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Robert J. Arney, VP Finance
Bob was appointed to VP of Finance in 2002. He is a 29-year veteran of the Accounting and Finance profession. Bob began his career with Digital Controls in 1987 as Accounting Manager and assuming the role of Controller in 1992. In 2002, Bob was elected to the Board of Directors and named Treasurer of the Corporation in 2005. Bob holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Wright State University.
Joel Vedder, VP Corporate Marketing
In his role as Vice-President of Corporate Marketing, Joel has been responsible for building the company’s Marketing and Marketing Communications organization during the evolution of the company to its current mission of providing IT services, and output management software. Joel began his career in the technology industry as Product Manager with Pioneer Standard in Dayton, Ohio. In 1986, he joined Digital Controls’ sales team as an Account Manager. Joel’s tenure in Sales includes multiple quota achieving roles with expanding responsibilities - including Regional Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Business Unit Manager from 1986 thru 1996. In 1997, Joel was named Marketing Manager for Digital Controls where he held this position until assuming VP of Corporate Marketing in 1999. Joel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing Degree from the University of Cincinnati.
